Skate or Cry
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Skate or Cry is built to be played, not tracked. This policy explains what little data is involved and where it actually goes.
What we don't collect
We don't operate any servers of our own, so we don't collect, store, or see your name, email, location, device identifiers, or gameplay data. There's no account to create and no analytics SDK running in the app.
What Apple handles on our behalf
A few features rely on Apple's own systems rather than anything we run:
- Game Center — if you sign in, your leaderboard scores (high score, longest grind) are submitted through Apple's Game Center service. That's governed by Apple's own privacy policy, not ours — we never see your Apple ID or Game Center identity directly.
- In-app purchases — the optional tip jar is processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We don't receive or store your payment information; Apple handles the transaction and tells our app which cosmetic tiers you've unlocked.
Children's privacy
Skate or Cry doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since the app has no accounts and no data collection of its own, there's nothing collected to begin with.
