Skate or Cry
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 7, 2026
By downloading or playing Skate or Cry, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Skate or Cry on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA applies unless otherwise stated here).
In-app purchases
Skate or Cry is a one-time paid download with an optional tip jar. The tip jar offers three cosmetic tiers — all are non-consumable purchases, meaning once bought, they're tied to your Apple ID and yours to keep. If you get a new device or reinstall the app, use the Restore Purchases option to bring your cosmetics back.
All purchases are billed and processed through Apple. Refund requests go through Apple, not us — see Apple's reporting a problem page.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent the app's purchase system. Game Center leaderboards are meant to reflect real gameplay — don't submit falsified scores.
No warranty
Skate or Cry is provided "as is." We work to keep it running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
