Common questions

I bought a cosmetic tier but it's not showing up.

Open the shop from the start screen and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your Apple ID against what you've bought and re-applies it — handy after reinstalling or switching devices.

My board or hoodie color didn't change.

Make sure you tapped a color swatch in the shop before backing out — selections apply the next time Ollie takes the sidewalk. If it still looks off, force-close and relaunch the app.

Game Center isn't showing my score.

Make sure you're signed into Game Center under iOS Settings → Game Center, then relaunch the app. Scores submit automatically after each run.

The app crashed or froze.

Email us with your device model and iOS version and, if you can, what you were doing right before it happened (mid-run, in the shop, during a Guitar Break, etc.) — that context helps a lot.
